Cancellation Policy

1. Standard Orders
Orders for standard, in-stock products may be cancelled free of charge if the request is made before the order has been dispatched. Once an order has shipped, our standard Refund and Return Policy applies instead.
2. Quotation-Based and Special-Order Machinery
Orders placed following a formal quotation for machinery, custom configurations, or special-order equipment may only be cancelled prior to procurement or production commencing. Once a deposit-funded order has entered procurement, cancellation may not be possible, or may be subject to a cancellation fee reflecting costs already incurred.
3. Deposit Payments
Deposits paid to secure production slots or reserve special-order equipment may be non-refundable if cancellation occurs after work or procurement has begun. This will be clearly stated in your order confirmation or quotation.
4. How to Cancel
To request cancellation of an order, contact our sales team as soon as possible with your order number. We will confirm whether cancellation is possible and any applicable fees.
