Payment Policy

1. Accepted Payment Methods
We accept secure payments via PayPal (including major credit and debit cards processed through PayPal Checkout) and direct bank transfer for eligible orders. Available payment methods are shown at checkout and may vary based on order value and product type.
2. Full Payment, Deposits, and Partial Payment
Standard products require full payment at checkout before dispatch. For quotation-based machinery and special-order equipment, a deposit may be required to confirm the order, with the balance due before or upon delivery, as agreed in your quotation.
3. Payment Security
All card payments are processed through secure, tokenized payment gateways. We do not store full card numbers, CVV codes, or raw card details on our servers.
4. Order Confirmation
An order is only confirmed as paid once our payment gateway has verified successful payment. You will receive an email confirmation once payment has been processed.
5. Currency
All prices are displayed in the currency configured by the store administrator. Currency conversion fees imposed by your bank or card issuer are not covered by PIOM OPTIMIST TRADE SRL.
