2. Delivery Methods

Depending on the product and destination, we offer the following delivery options at checkout:

• Standard courier delivery for smaller items (parts, instruments, workshop tools)
• Freight delivery for larger machinery and equipment
• Collection from our facility, where available

3. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout or within your formal quotation. Standard items typically ship within 3-7 business days. Heavy machinery and special-order equipment may require longer lead times, which will be communicated during the quotation process.

4. Delivery Costs

Delivery costs are calculated based on product weight, dimensions, and destination. For standard checkout items, delivery cost is shown before payment is confirmed. For quotation-based machinery, delivery cost is included in the formal quotation.

5. Customs and Import Duties

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees imposed by their destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or delivery cost shown at checkout.
