1. Agreement to Terms

2. Industrial Equipment Sales
All sales of industrial machinery and commercial products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit the quantity of products we supply or to refuse any order.
3. Quotations & Pricing
For high-value equipment, prices shown online are for reference only. A formal quotation issued by our sales team is required for final commercial agreements. Quotations are valid for the period specified in the document.
4. Payment Terms
Payment must be received in full before equipment dispatch unless otherwise agreed in writing. For special-order products or large machinery, a non-refundable deposit may be required.
5. Limitation of Liability
PIOM OPTIMIST TRADE SRL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the equipment purchased through our platform.
